Bradenton Republican Sen. Bill Galvano will host a campaign kickoff fundraiser April 21 in Sarasota, his campaign announced Tuesday.
The event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Dolphin Aviation, located at 8191 N Tamiami Trail, and will be preceded by a half-hour VIP reception.

Galvano, who is set to be Senate President for the 2019 and 2020 Legislative Sessions, is currently unopposed in his re-election bid for Senate District 21, which includes parts of Manatee and Sarasota counties.
