Lurid details of secret hysterectomy, impotence abound in Pinellas annulment

Murphy and Puckett

Florida law allows for marriage annulment due to impotence or fraud, according to DivorceNet.

In a luridly evocative Pinellas court petition seeking to nullify his nuptials, a Belleair Bluffs man seems to cite both.

On New Year’s Eve last year, Kevin Thomas Murphy married Angela Darlene Puckett. Now, he already wants the union annulled, claiming his bride lied about both her age and ability to bear children.

Court documents say Puckett claimed she was 41, but in fact, she was 56.

And while the two talked about whether she could get pregnant, records insinuate she had already undergone a hysterectomy.

However, in an official answer to the court, Puckett admitted to all allegations.

Representing himself, Murphy also claims to be “physically incapable of ‘consummating’ the relationship,” something that could make impregnation a challenge. Documents cite his physical incapacity as apparently “incurable.”

Puckett won’t fight the annulment, she said in documents; she purchased a new home in Largo in June. Incidentally, on the deed, Puckett listed herself as single.

But it’s unclear how she lied about her age. The birth date appearing on the couple’s marriage license notes her age at 56.

During the six-month matrimony, the court petition says the couple accumulated no property together. They had no children at that time.

The couple was together as far back as November 2015, as shown in a photo found by BayLawsuits.com.

In declining to dispute allegations, Puckett appears to have forfeited any chance to demand evidence of her groom’s accusations; no evidence supplied in court (so far) supports any insinuation of dishonesty — or (for that matter) that he is truly incapable of consummating the couple’s union.

What it does accomplish is making Murphy’s apparent impotence — and Puckett’s implied deceit — a matter of Pinellas County public record.

I find Pinellas County Court full of deception; the Judge, Public Pretender and State Attorney. To me they represent a whole rather than three parts. I have witnessed, seen and experienced the inability to receive any level of professionalism. And they’re are facts overlooked by them that can prove my innocence that they purposefully ignored.

I couldn’t agree with you more! And I am not a whiny leftist. Politically I’m on the right, but Pinellas County court system is incredibly corrupt ask most private attorneys they will tell you the same thing!
