10. If you need proof of this, start talking about your vacation with someone else and countdown how long it takes before they start talking about their vacation. This is literally how a recent conversation I had with a friend went:
Friend: “How are you?”
Me: “Wonderful. We just got back from vacation.”
F: “Oh really? Where did you go?”
M: “We did almost through weeks in Europe.”
F: “That’s cool. I just got back from two days in Miami.”
M: “…”
