Poll: Ron DeSantis 47 points behind Donald Trump in Arizona

Trump DeSantis
This is by far the worst polling for DeSantis in the state.

A new poll shows problems for Ron DeSantis ahead of the 2024 Arizona Republican Primary next March.

The Emerson College survey of 663 likely GOP Primary voters, conducted between Aug. 2 and Aug. 4, shows the Florida Governor with just 11% support, 47 points behind former President Donald Trump, who sits at 58%.

Meanwhile, 6% of those polled back former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, 4% like entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, and 3% support former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, former Vice President Mike Pence and U.S. Sen. Tim Scott. Other candidates are further back still, including Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, who has just 0.1% support.

This is by far the worst polling for DeSantis in the state, and yet another indication that the formal launch of the DeSantis campaign didn’t translate into support that wasn’t there already.

Noble Predictive Insights Arizona Public Opinion Pulse survey conducted in April showed Trump with a 49% to 21% lead over DeSantis.

In a J.L. Partners survey conducted between April 10 and April 15, Trump led the Florida Governor 47% to 24%, with the rest of the potential field far behind.

A March survey from Rasmussen showed Trump doubling DeSantis’ support among GOP respondents: 52% of Republicans said they prefer Trump, with DeSantis drawing 24% support again.

The Race to the White House polling average for the state shows Trump ahead by 25 points, 48% to 23%, over DeSantis.

Though DeSantis has not campaigned in Arizona as a candidate, he did swing through the state for unsuccessful candidates running in state races in 2022, Kari Lake and Blake Masters.

At that stop, Lake offered a provocative quote comparing the Governor to the former President.

“He’s got BDE. I call it Big DeSantis Energy. He’s got the same kind of BDE President Trump has,” Lake said, introducing DeSantis as a Governor who brought “Trump strength” to Florida.

Lake has gone on to endorse Trump for President.

    Good mornting America,
    Breaking News:
All polling business’s use a template almost identical to the one we smuggled out of a well known trusted polling business. They let their Dook 4 Braind Leftidt customer fill in the blanks once the fee is paid:
“Fake Poll: Ron Desantis [Fill in blank] _______ Points behind [fill in blank] __________ in [fill in blank] __________.
Just a reminder America: Its still early in the time leading up to the 2024 USA POTUS election. Which means all polling business’s are still making big money producing polling results as requested to anyone [leftists only] who pays them.
FYI conservatives dont and wont pay for polling results for quite a few reasons. Some ethical … but not many … mostly because the polling business’s will out conservatives to the liberal press (for some sort of compensation) but never out their liberal clients because thats where their big money comes from.
In summary: anyone beliving “the polls” this early in a major election is a compleate and total idiot with a 99.999% chance of being a “Dook 4 Brains Leftist”.
Absorb Earl Pitts American’s sweet sweet truth into your dried up sponge like brain like mother’s milk. Remember America “Knowing Stuff” is 1/2 of the battle on your life goal journey to “Becoming More Like Earl”…. Oh wait I suppose this should more line up a little more with promoting my UnOfficial Client and maybe a little less with promoting me, Earl Pitts American, so in closing – remember to vote for “The Ronald” America!!!!

I ate Ron’s brain. That is normally 100% fatal, but he somehow survived. I must confess that Ron’s brain was not the best meal I’d ever had. It reminded me of haggis, but not in a good way.

I then attempted to eat Casey’s brain but on my way I got stuck in snot on the pillow which is where I am to this day.

The Ron campaign’s big strategy flaw was “Make America Florida.”

Florida is where people go so they’ll be happy about going back home.
