Donald Trump Jr. continues to attack Ron DeSantis, framing him as soft and a sellout to donors.

During an interview on the Full Send Podcast, the son of former President Donald Trump painted Florida’s Governor as feckless and devoid of political independence.

In a scathing four-minute-plus commentary, Trump Jr. blasted DeSantis’ “flip-flop on Ukraine,” saying he “tried to sort of take the Trump approach” before “donors” changed his tune.

The Governor took “a weak Trump stance on it, you know, and then he was like, well, we must stop it. ‘(Vladimir) Putin is an evil dictator,’ you know? It’s like, holy s**t; your donors got to you.”

Trump Jr. added that his “lame duck” father could be more independent than DeSantis, who is “beholden to … donors, being beholden to the establishment class” such as the “Paul Ryans.”

He also lambasted DeSantis for failing to call out the “weaponization of governmental institutions against your citizens,” suggesting he could have said more about the former President’s legal travails.

“DeSantis has big donors,” Trump Jr. noted, suggesting those donors expect a return on their investment.

“You know what they want,” he said. “A President who when they call picks up the damn phone, when they say ‘jump,’ they jump because you need that check, you need that lifeline, right?

“With the donor class, make no mistake, guys, like the donor class … they don’t have the same viewpoint as the blue-collar sort … let’s call them MAGA Republicans, right?”

“There’s a lot of hypocrisy there,” Trump Jr. added. “Trump doesn’t really need that.”

He also argued that DeSantis is a “career politician” who “needs that money again to further the goal and again, and so he’s got to act when they say.”

“When you’re the guy, that’s a whole different world; that’s a whole different story. And if that’s the way you’re going to handle it when they’re doing it, you know … how are you gonna do when you’re in the big show?

“When Paul Ryan is going out and endorsing, and … Jeff Roe comes and runs his super PAC and Karl Rove is out there,” Trump Jr. declared. “Like, do you want another Bush administration? That’s fine.”

Meanwhile, the Trump PAC is accusing DeSantis of running a “shadow presidential campaign.” and called for DeSantis to be impeached as Governor if an investigation finds he’s violated state ethics laws.

“The Make America Great Again movement was birthed to stop career politicians who use public service to amass personal wealth and power,” a MAGA Inc. representative told CNN last week. “An investigation by the Florida Ethics Commission must occur as soon as possible.”

I will protect the LGBT community from the religious whackos, and I will protect abortion rights. Vote for me. I’m not really religious ok? It was just to get those stupid people to vote for me. Vote for me and I’ll take out mini Hitler.
